All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment via card, bank transfer, PayPal, and approved credit terms (for registered B2B clients only). - Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays outside our control, including courier delays, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure.
Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership passes only upon full payment. - Returns and Refunds
Retail customers (consumers) have a 30-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
For wholesale and B2B customers, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion upon inspection. - Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date.
However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturer changes or packaging updates.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a product is suitable for its intended purpose. - Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for breach of statutory consumer rights. - Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and product names remain the intellectual property of Wholesale Lab Ltd or our partners.
